Terms of Service

WordLetterhead ("the Service") is operated by YH Creative Inc ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

What the Service does

You upload a letterhead file (PDF, PNG, or JPG). The Service renders a preview and, for the free tier, a watermarked .docx entirely in your browser. If you pay, the rendered artwork is sent to our server to build a clean (unwatermarked) .docx, which is returned to you for download. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what data that involves.

Payment

The clean, unwatermarked download costs a one-time fee of $9 USD per file, charged via Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles payment processing directly.

Refunds

Because the file is generated and delivered immediately after payment, purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If something goes wrong on our end (the download fails, the file is corrupted), contact us and we'll make it right.

Your content

You retain all rights to the letterhead artwork you upload. You're responsible for having the right to use and reproduce it. We don't claim ownership of anything you upload, and we don't store your files after your session ends.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the output will be error-free or fit for every use — check the generated .docx before sending it to a client or printer.
